This is a tender for renovation of ball-tap of diameter ranged from 100 till 600 mm , which are acid-resistant and lye-resistant ad work in higher temperatures.

Object : a ball covered with chromium plus a tightening ptfe ring
Defects : cracks of 250 µm on a surface of the ball
Renovation : removal of cracks, recovering with chromium, mechanical
treatment, new tightening rings
State after renovation : unchanged measurements
Object : the same like in p.1
Defects : cracks deeper than 250 µm
Renovation : removal of cracks , recovering with chromium, mechanical treatment,
new tightening rings
State after renovation: the ball is slightly measured down ,work of ball-tap
is unchanged

Object : a ball covered with remelting layers of depth 3-5 mm ( high anticorrosion
resistance and high hardness) plus ptfe rings. Renovation consists only in removal
of cracks and adjustmant of new ptfe rings and there are two methods :
1.1 state after renovation : no changes in measurement, recovering with remelting
layers, new tightening rings
1.2 state after renovation : thick remelting layer is grinded and new ptfe rings are adjusted
Object : a ball covered with chromium plus stelliting tightening rings (metal-metal)
analogically like in p.1 and 2.
New rings are adjusted

Object : a ball with remelting layer and stelliting tightening rings
state after renovation : restoring of original measurements (recovering with remelting
layers, new tightening rings)
or removal (grinding) of cracks in remelting layers and adjustment of new tightening rings

The valves are tested under various pressures with medium of given parameters.
Conditions of technical receipt are negotiable.
